「中華民國大專院校113 學年度電子競技運動錦標賽」於6月21至22日，在弘光科技大學電競館舉辦。聲林之王歌手蕭名棻甜美歌聲開場後，由大專體總電競委員會主委、弘光科大蘇弘毅校長主持開幕儀式，並邀請台中市運動局長游志祥致詞。
這次賽事一共舉行兩天，6月21日舉辦《英雄聯盟》團體賽，6月22日舉辦《聯盟戰棋》與《快打旋風6》的個人賽，共有17所大專院校電競好手參加。
校隊「弘光獵鷹」在《英雄聯盟》項總決賽中，發揮堅強的實力，歷經約九個小時對戰，在雙淘汰賽事中力壓群雄，榮獲中華民國大專院校113 學年度電子競技運動錦標賽金牌。
Hungkuang Falcons rise to the top in League of Legends Championship
The “113th Annual E-sports Championship of Colleges and Universities of the Republic of China” was held at the E-sports Hall of Hungkuang University from June 21 to 22.The event began with a lively performance by Xiao Mingfen, known as the “King of Voices.” The opening ceremony was presided over by Su Hongyi, President of Hungkuang University and Chairman of the E-sports Committee of the College Sports Association. You Zhixiang, Director of the Taichung City Sports Bureau, also attended and delivered a welcome speech.
The two-day tournament featured multiple competitions. On June 21, teams competed in the “League of Legends” team event, followed by the “League of Legends” and “Street Fighter 6” individual events on June 22. A total of 17 collegiate e-sports athletes participated in the championship. The school team “Hungkuang Falcons” showed great strength during the finals of the “League of Legends.”
After nearly nine hours of intense competition, they emerged victorious in the double-elimination competition, winning the gold medal of the 113th Annual E-sports Championship of Colleges and Universities of the Republic of China.
