Success at the GÂTEAUX Cup! Three Food Science Students Secure 1 Silver and 2 Bronze Medals

食品科技系3名學生參加「2026第25屆GÂTEAUX盃蛋糕技藝競賽」獲得1銀牌2銅牌;另外,賴毓宏老師3月23至26日參加越南胡志明市「2026 FHV越南世廚廚藝競賽」,獲得翻糖藝術蛋糕銅牌。

學生得獎名單:

1.二年級吳培愉獲得學生組鮮奶油擠花裝飾蛋糕銀牌

2.一年級張書涵獲得社會組杏仁膏裝飾蛋糕銅牌

3.一年級黃民甲獲得社會組常溫蛋糕銅牌

Three students from the Department of Food Science and Technology competed in the “25th GÂTEAUX Cup Cake Artistry Competition 2026,” bringing home one silver and two bronze medals. Furthermore, faculty member Lai Yu-Hung participated in the “2026 FHV Vietnam International Culinary Competition” in Ho Chi Minh City from March 23 to 26, earning a bronze medal in the Fondant Cake Art category.

Student Award List:

  1. Wu Pei-Yu (Sophomore): Silver Medal in the Student Category – Fresh Cream Piping Decorated Cake.
  2. Chang Shu-Han (Freshman): Bronze Medal in the Professional Category – Marzipan Decorated Cake.
  3. Huang Min-Chia (Freshman): Bronze Medal in the Professional Category – Travel Cake (Room Temperature Cake).
