The “Elite Hair Artistry Corporate Academy,” a state-of-the-art facility established within the Department of Hair Design and Styling, held its grand opening ceremony on March 18. The academy was made possible through a million-dollar sponsorship from Lishi Beauty × Chief International Hair Products, a leading distributor of renowned styling tools and hair care products from the U.S., Japan, South Korea, and Italy.
The ceremony featured a live demonstration of two flagship 2026 Spring/Summer hair trends, showcasing natural matte finishes and high-end textures: the European-style “Cloud Dance Rice Grey” and the Korean-style “Soft Matte Rice Tea.” The event allowed industry and academic leaders in attendance to stay synchronized with the latest international fashion trends while celebrating this significant milestone in industry-university cooperation.
