Congratulations! Professors from the Department of Food Science and Technology and the Department of Hospitality Management Strike Gold at the 2026 Korea Culinary Challenge Cup
食品科技系助理教授賴毓宏、餐旅管理系副教授黃汶達參加2026韓國廚藝挑戰盃,賴毓宏榮獲翻糖藝術蛋糕、糖霜餅乾兩面金牌,黃汶達則榮獲糖霜餅乾金牌及和菓子銀牌,兩位老師以細膩工藝與創意美學,在國際舞台展現國際餐旅學院堅強師資實力。
Lai Yu-hung, an Assistant Professor from the Department of Food Science and Technology, and Huang Wen-da, an Associate Professor from the Department of Hospitality Management, participated in the 2026 Korea Culinary Challenge Cup. Professor Lai claimed two gold medals in the Fondant Art Cake and Icing Cookie categories, while Professor Huang won a gold medal in Icing Cookies and a silver medal in Wagashi (Japanese Confectionery). Through meticulous craftsmanship and creative aesthetics, the two faculty members demonstrated the robust teaching capabilities of the College of International Hospitality on the global stage.
