Congratulations! Food Science Students Sweep 1 Gold, 1 Silver, and 3 Bronze Medals at International Culinary Competition

食品科技系5名學生日前參加「2026 FHTB峇里島國際廚藝競賽」榮獲1金1銀3銅佳績。大三學生劉姿圓、大二學生蔡舒羽挑戰動態製作現場賽,分別奪得巧克力旅行蛋糕金牌、蛋糕裝飾自由創作銀牌。

Five students from the Department of Food Science and Technology recently participated in the “2026 FHTB Bali International Culinary Challenge,” achieving an outstanding record of 1 gold, 1 silver, and 3 bronze medals. Junior student Liu Zi-yuan and sophomore student Tsai Shu-yu took on the “Live Cooking” categories, winning the Gold Medal for Chocolate Travel Cake and the Silver Medal for Cake Decoration Freestyle Creation, respectively.
