Congratulations! Food Science and Technology Students Win Best Creativity Award and French Pastry Championship in Baking Competitions

食品科技系學生近來參加「2026加州葡萄乾全國創意永續烘焙爭霸賽」、「健行好棒盃」比賽,在前項比賽,獲得中式點心組最佳創意獎及最佳風味獎;在後項比賽「法式烘焙甜點雙人組」競賽中,一舉拿下冠軍、亞軍。得獎名單如下:

最佳創意獎:彭昰豪

最佳風味獎:彭冠豪

【健行好棒盃─法式烘焙甜點雙人組】

冠軍:陳立釩、李芷蓉

亞軍:陳伯叡、何川逢

Students from the Department of Food Science and Technology recently participated in the “2026 California Raisin National Creative Sustainable Baking Championship” and the “Chien Hsin Cup.” In the former competition, they received the Best Creativity Award and the Best Flavor Award in the Chinese Pastry Division. In the latter competition, they swept both the Championship and Runner-up positions in the “French Baking Pastry Doubles” category. The list of winners is as follows:
