Congratulations! Hospitality Management Student Wins Gold Medal for Souvenir Gifts at the International Culinary Gastronomy Art Awards
餐旅管理系二年級學生鍾宥慧，於「2026第十屆國際廚藝美食藝術大獎」中，榮獲「伴手禮」項目金牌殊榮。在副教授黃汶達的指導下，畢業於三義高中的鍾宥慧以台南古蹟「赤崁樓」為創作意象，將文化元素巧妙融入鳳梨酥作品之中，憑藉扎實技術、細膩工藝與創新巧思，獲得評審一致肯定。
Zhong You-hui, a sophomore student from the Department of Hospitality Management, was honored with the Gold Medal in the “Souvenir Gifts” category at the “10th 2026 International Culinary Gastronomy Art Awards.” Under the guidance of Associate Professor Huang Wen-da, Zhong, a graduate of Sanyi Senior High School, chose Tainan’s historic site “Chihkan Tower” as her creative concept. She ingeniously infused cultural elements into her pineapple cake creations, earning unanimous praise from the judges for her solid techniques, exquisite craftsmanship, and innovative ingenuity.
