15 Graduates Awarded Certificates of Completion by ALMA – The School of Italian Culinary Arts
國際餐旅學院6月9日下午舉辦114學年度學生赴義大利ALMA廚藝學院學業結業授證典禮，15名拿到修業證書的餐旅管理系、食品科技系畢業生，每位獲得教育部深耕計畫及學校經費補助近60萬元，完成ALMA及米其林級餐廳實習共5個月學習里程，他們說：「去義大利實習是最值得的決定！」這項打造國際餐旅職涯勝利方程式計畫所培育的校友，已有超過5人進入米其林餐廳工作。
On the afternoon of June 9th, the College of International Hospitality and Tourism held the graduation and certification ceremony for students who attended ALMA – The School of Italian Culinary Arts in the 114th academic year. 15 graduates from the Department of Hospitality Management and the Department of Food Science and Technology received their certificates of completion. Each student received nearly NT$600,000 in subsidies from the Ministry of Education’s Higher Education Sprout Project and university funds to complete a five-month learning journey, including studies at ALMA and internships at Michelin-starred restaurants. They stated, “Interning in Italy was the most worthwhile decision!” This program, designed to create a winning formula for international hospitality careers, has already produced alumni with over 5 individuals now working in Michelin-starred restaurants.
