Congratulations! Wu Chiao-Ling, Student from the Department of Food Science and Technology, Wins Silver Medal at the Asian Young Bakers Competition
內容：食品科技系烘焙組學生吳巧玲於9月10日參加第四屆亞洲青年烘焙大賽，榮獲銀牌。這項競賽須於現場「1＋7小時」內完成四項作品，包括盤式甜點、巧克力蛋糕、冰淇淋巧克力糖，以及巧克力與糖藝展示作品，充分考驗選手的烘焙技術、巧克力工藝、創意設計、時間掌控及整體呈現能力。食科系李國溢老師、張原賓老師帶領指導吳巧玲同學，在亞洲青年烘焙競賽舞台展現專業實力。
On September 10, Wu Chiao-Ling, a student from the Baking Technology Division of the Department of Food Science and Technology, competed in the 4th Asian Young Bakers Competition and won the silver medal. The competition required contestants to complete four creations on-site within a “1 + 7 hour” timeframe, including a plated dessert, a chocolate cake, ice cream chocolate candies, and a chocolate & sugar art showpiece. This challenge thoroughly tested the competitors’ baking skills, chocolate craft, creative design, time management, and overall presentation. Under the leadership and guidance of instructors Lee Kuo-Yi and Chang Yuan-Pin from the Department of Food Science and Technology, Wu Chiao-Ling showcased outstanding professional strength on the international stage.
