15 Senior High and Vocational Schools Compete in the National Skills Competition Exchange Contest
餐旅管理系於10月3日舉辦115年「全國技藝競賽交流賽」。分為中餐烹飪及烘焙兩類職種，有15所高中職學校、共24組選手參與，現場更是聚集指導老師們與學生家長。比賽以模擬家事類全國技藝競賽交流賽方式進行，創造中部交流平台，讓參加選手展現專業技能及增加競賽經驗，並由廠商贊助刀具鼓勵各類前三名獲獎學生。參加選手及帶隊教師回饋獲益良多，期望明年能再舉辦交流賽。
The Department of Hospitality Management hosted the 2026 National Skills Competition Exchange Contest on October 3. Divided into Chinese Culinary Arts and Baking categories, the contest drew 24 student teams from 15 senior high and vocational schools, along with guiding teachers and parents. Modeled after the national high school home economics skills competition, the event established a regional exchange platform in central Taiwan, allowing contestants to demonstrate professional skills and gain valuable competition experience. High-quality culinary knife sets sponsored by industry vendors were awarded to the top three winners in each category. Both participating students and team advisors expressed that they benefited greatly from the event, hoping it will be held again next year.
