內容：食品科技系師生於「2026 TCAC台灣國際廚藝美食挑戰賽」勇創佳績，總計榮獲 1金牌、3銀牌、3銅牌！於點心伴手禮展示、水果蛋糕裝飾、藝術麵包展示、現場裝飾蛋糕及拉糖工藝展示等項目中表現亮眼，充分展現專業技藝與教學成果。指導老師為：吳武憲、李國溢、張原賓、程國恩、楊智偉、賴毓宏及黃志雄等。
另外，張原賓老師指導學生吳巧玲，在「全國2026烘焙王多元技藝競賽」現場動態比賽中，於6小時內完成2顆六吋裝飾大蛋糕、20顆歐式麵包與30份常溫伴手禮，勇奪冠軍！
Faculty and students of the Department of Food Science and Technology achieved outstanding results at the “2026 TCAC Taiwan International Culinary Challenge,” winning 1 Gold, 3 Silver, and 3 Bronze medals in total! They delivered impressive performances in categories such as Dessert & Souvenir Display, Fruit Cake Decoration, Artistic Bread Display, Live Cake Decoration, and Pulled Sugar Display, fully showcasing their professional skills and academic excellence. The advisory team included: Wu-Hsien Wu, Kuo-Yi Li, Yuan-Bin Zhang, Kuo-En Cheng, Chih-Wei Yang, Yu-Hung Lai, and Chih-Hsiung Huang.
Furthermore, student Chiao-Ling Wu, guided by instructor Yuan-Bin Zhang, competed in the live dynamic category of the “National 2026 Bakery King Multi-Skill Competition.” She completed two 6-inch decorated cakes, 20 European-style breads, and 30 room-temperature souvenir gifts within 6 hours, triumphantly taking home the championship!
