主 旨： 檢送本公司承接臺中市社會局「115年臺中社會創新實驗基地委託服務營運計畫」辦理「2026臺中青年社會創新行動競賽」敬請協助公告並鼓勵學生踴躍參加，請查照。
說 明：
一、 一、依據臺中市政府社會局「115年臺中社會創新實驗基地委託服務營運計畫」辦理。本基地在臺中市政府社會局指導下，持續推動青年參與社會創新，鼓勵青年關注公共議題並提出具體行動方案，特辦理「2026臺中青年社會創新行動競賽」。
二、 本競賽聚焦「婦女再造」、「高齡賦能」、「弱勢關懷」及「環境保護」四大議題，鼓勵青年提出具體可行的永續解方，並透過實際行動驗證構想。
三、 第二波擴大徵件「2026臺中青年社會創新行動競賽」辦理資訊如下：
(一)報名時間：自即日起至6月13日(六)止。

(三)參賽資格:
１、臺中市高中職、大專院校（含研究所）學生組隊參加，一隊2~4人，開放跨縣市組隊（成員至少一名為臺中市民）、跨校、跨年級組隊。(可邀請一位指導老師)
２、分組競賽「高中組」和「大專組」擇一報名，團隊內若有大專生則不得報名高中組，反之。不限國籍，但需有能中文流暢溝通的成員。
(四)競賽獎勵：本競賽分為「高中組」及「大專組」，各組分別評選優勝隊伍，獎金如下：
１、第一名：新臺幣10,000元。
２、第二名：新臺幣7,000元。
３、第三名：新臺幣4,000元。
四、 活動地點：本次採線上辦理，會議連結將於說明會報名後另行寄送。

Please assist in announcing the 2026 Taichung Youth Social Innovation Action Competition, organized under the 2026 Taichung Social Innovation Lab commissioned service operation project undertaken by our company, and encourage students to participate.
Description:
1. This competition is organized in accordance with the “2026 Taichung Social Innovation Lab Commissioned Service Operation Project” of the Social Affairs Bureau, Taichung City Government. Under the guidance of the Social Affairs Bureau, the Lab continues to promote youth participation in social innovation, encouraging young people to address public issues and propose concrete action plans. Accordingly, the “2026 Taichung Youth Social Innovation Action Competition” is being held.
2. The competition focuses on four major themes: “Women’s Empowerment,” “Senior Empowerment,” “Care for Disadvantaged Groups,” and “Environmental Protection.” Young people are encouraged to propose practical and sustainable solutions and verify their ideas through actual implementation.
3. Information on the second-round expanded call for applications is as follows:
(1) Registration period: From now until June 13, 2026 (Saturday).

(3) Eligibility:
1. Teams must consist of 2 to 4 students from senior high schools, vocational high schools, colleges, or universities, including graduate programs, in Taichung City. Cross-city, cross-school, and cross-grade teams are allowed, provided that at least one team member is a Taichung citizen. Each team may invite one advisor.
2. Teams may register for either the Senior High School Division or the College and University Division. Teams with college or university students may not register for the Senior High School Division, and vice versa. There is no nationality restriction; however, at least one team member must be able to communicate fluently in Chinese.
(4) Awards: The competition is divided into the Senior High School Division and the College and University Division. Winning teams will be selected separately for each division, with prizes as follows:
1. First Prize: NT$10,000.
2. Second Prize: NT$7,000.
3. Third Prize: NT$4,000.
4. Venue: The event will be held online. The meeting link will be sent separately after registration for the briefing session.
5. Promotional posters will be sent separately to each school. Your assistance in posting and promoting the posters in public areas on campus is kindly requested, so as to encourage students to actively participate.
