主 旨： 有關貴校學生參加「2026年技職盃黑客松競賽」一案，詳如說明，請查照。
說 明：
一、 為深化技專校院學生創意思考及動手解決問題能力，連結技專校院高等教育深耕計畫中帶動各校培養學生創新創業能力，本部委請國立臺北科技大學、國立虎尾科技大學、正修科技大學及國立高雄科技大學4校辦理旨揭競賽之分區競賽及全國競賽，競賽日期如下：
(一)分區競賽：115年5月9日至5月10日。
(二)全國競賽：115年5月29日至5月30日。
二、 為勉勵貴校學生用心參與，展現創意實作教學成果，倘貴校有學生參加前揭競賽者，請貴校以校務基金、高等教育深耕計畫經費等各類計畫，依「國內出差旅費報支要點」規定，就校內參賽學生提供必要交通、住宿等相關費用。

Regarding your students’ participation in the “2026 Technical and Vocational Hackathon Competition,” please refer to the details below.
Description:
1. To enhance students’ creative thinking and hands-on problem-solving abilities at technical and vocational colleges and universities, and to support the Higher Education SPROUT Project in fostering students’ innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities, the Ministry has commissioned National Taipei University of Technology, National Formosa University, Cheng Shiu University, and National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology to organize the regional and national competitions. The competition dates are as follows:
(1) Regional Competition: May 9 to May 10, 2026.
(2) National Competition: May 29 to May 30, 2026.
2. To encourage students of your university to actively participate and demonstrate the outcomes of creative and practical teaching, if your students participate in the above competition, please provide necessary subsidies for transportation, accommodation, and other related expenses for participating students, in accordance with the “Directions for Domestic Travel Expense Reimbursement,” using the University Endowment Fund, Higher Education SPROUT Project funding, or other applicable project funds.
