為響應國家擴大留用境外生政策，弘光科技大學於5月20日隆重舉辦「International Talent Carnival—第 3 屆臺中國際生與企業交流座談會 × 國際美食嘉年華『環球飲盛』」 。活動在教育部、僑務委員會、勞動部、移民署、Talent Taiwan 及台中市美商協會（AmCham Taichung）等單位的強力支持下，成功打造「產、官、學」一站式媒合平台 。由於切合當前國際人才留台趨勢，活動吸引了中部各大學國際生跨校踴躍報名，吸引超過六百人次到場參與。

In response to the national policy of expanding the retention of overseas students, Hungkuang University grandly hosted the “International Talent Carnival — The 3rd Taichung International Student and Enterprise Exchange Forum × International Food Festival: Global Feast” on May 20. With the robust support of the Ministry of Education, the Overseas Community Affairs Council, the Ministry of Labor, the National Immigration Agency, Talent Taiwan, and the American Chamber of Commerce in Taichung (AmCham Taichung), the event successfully created a “producer-government-academia” one-stop matchmaking platform. Aligning perfectly with the current trend of retaining international talents in Taiwan, the event drew enthusiastic cross-institutional registration from international students across various universities in central Taiwan, attracting over 600 participants.
