智慧科技應用系師生組成的「弘光有夠讚」團隊，日前在「2026全國AI機器人應用大賽」中，從全國85支菁英隊伍中脫穎而出，勇奪「MICROBIT主機板遙控競速賽組」金牌。其中大四的馬來西亞籍學生林孝彥，透過參加競賽及專題研究，深化智慧科技知識技能，決定留台深造考研究所，充份展現技職教育扎根與國際人才培育的亮眼成果。

The “Hungkuang Is So Awesome” team, composed of faculty and students from the Department of Smart Technology Applications, recently stood out among 85 elite teams nationwide to clinch the gold medal in the “MICROBIT Motherboard Remote Control Racing Competition” group at the “2026 National AI Robot Application Competition.” Among the team members, Lim Xiao Yen, a senior student from Malaysia, deepened his knowledge and skills in smart technology through participating in competitions and special research projects. He has decided to stay in Taiwan to pursue further studies in graduate school, fully demonstrating the brilliant results of solid vocational education and international talent cultivation.
