為響應環境永續與數位科技的深度融合，弘光科技大學智慧科技應用系執行教育部第四期USR「環環相扣、科技護生」計畫，自 115 年 7 月起，聯袂「臺中市環保生態保育志工協會」、「南投縣環保志工協會」及「彰化縣環境保護巡守志工協會」等中部三大環保志工協會，啟動跨縣市的無人機環境監控技術培訓大聯盟。

In response to the deep integration of environmental sustainability and digital technology, the Department of Smart Technology Applications at Hungkuang University is executing Phase 4 of the Ministry of Education’s University Social Responsibility (USR) project, titled “Tech-Empowered Eco-Protection and Life Care.” Starting from July 2026, the department has joined forces with three major environmental volunteer associations in Central Taiwan—the Taichung Environmental Protection and Ecological Conservation Volunteers Association, the Nantou County Environmental Protection Volunteers Association, and the Changhua County Environmental Patrol Volunteers Association—to launch a cross-county Drone Environmental Monitoring Technology Training Alliance.
