為了讓大學專業走進地方,落實大學社會責任,弘光科技大學食品科技系助理教授黃志雄走進彰化縣員林市溝皂社區,推動「銀髮族健康烘焙教育」。應用社區關懷據點的設備,帶領社區長輩親手製作低糖、低油且富含營養價值的手工餅乾,在滿室的餅乾香氣中,刺激長者認知功能、增添生活情趣。

In an effort to bring university expertise into local districts and fulfill University Social Responsibility (USR), Assistant Professor Huang Chih-hsiung from the Department of Food Science and Technology at Hungkuang University visited the Gouzao Community in Yuanlin City, Changhua County, to launch the “Healthy Baking Education for Seniors” program.
Utilizing the facilities at the local community care center, Professor Huang guided senior residents in hand-making cookies that are low in sugar and oil yet rich in nutritional value. Amidst the delightful aroma of freshly baked cookies, the activity aimed to stimulate the cognitive functions of the elderly while adding a touch of joy and fulfillment to their daily lives.
