第280期電子報將於115年04月15日出刊，請各單位及院系踴躍投稿。請於115年04月14日(星期二)12:00前，將文稿及照片寄至i6434@hk.edu.tw信箱。

投稿需知如下：

1.文稿請分段撰寫，350字以上。

2.需附橫式照片，長：高=4：3，照片檔案不能太小，長×高像數860×574以上，照片不要貼在Word檔案內，請直接以附加檔案方式寄送。

3.若有投稿相關問題請電洽校內分機1129。

The 280th issue of the HKU Newsletter is scheduled for publication on April 15, 2026. All administrative departments, colleges, and departments are cordially invited to contribute. Please send your manuscripts and photos to i6434@hk.edu.tw by 12:00 PM on Tuesday, April 14.

Submission Guidelines:

1.Manuscript: Please organize content into paragraphs; the minimum length is 350 words.

2.Photography:

• Format: Landscape orientation only.
• Aspect Ratio: 4:3.
• Resolution: Minimum 860 x 574 pixels (ensure high image quality).
• Important: Do NOT embed photos in the Word document. Please attach them as separate image files.
