第285期電子報將於115年07月01日出刊，請各單位及院系踴躍投稿，並於115年06月29日(星期一)16:30前，將文稿及照片寄至i6434@hk.edu.tw信箱。
投稿需知如下：
1.文稿請分段撰寫，350字以上。
2.需附橫式照片，長：高=4：3，照片檔案不能太小，長×高像數860×574以上，照片不要貼在Word檔案內，請直接以附加檔案方式寄送。
3.若有投稿相關問題請電洽校內分機1129。
The 285th issue of the newsletter will be published on July 1, 2026. All departments and colleges are enthusiastically encouraged to submit their articles. Please send your manuscripts and photos to the email address i6434@hk.edu.tw before 16:30 on Monday, June 29, 2026.
Submission Guidelines:
1.Text Format: Manuscripts should be organized into paragraphs and contain at least 350 words.
2.Photo Requirements: Horizontal photos with an aspect ratio of 4:3 are required. The file size must not be too small, with a minimum resolution of 860 × 574 pixels. Please do not embed photos inside the Word document; instead, send them directly as email attachments.
