第286期電子報將於115年07月15日出刊，請各單位及院系踴躍投稿。請於115年07月13日(星期一)16:30前，將文稿及照片寄至i6434@hk.edu.tw信箱。
投稿需知如下：
1.文稿請分段撰寫，350字以上。
2.需附橫式照片，長：高=4：3，照片檔案不能太小，長×高像數860×574以上，照片不要貼在Word檔案內，請直接以附加檔案方式寄送。
3.若有投稿相關問題請電洽校內分機1129。
The 286th issue of the university newsletter will be published on July 15, 2026. All administrative units and academic departments are highly encouraged to submit your articles. Please send your manuscripts and photos to the mailbox i6434@hk.edu.tw before 16:30 on Monday, July 13, 2026.
Submission Guidelines:
1.Manuscript: Please write in structured paragraphs with a minimum of 350 words.
2.Photo Format: A landscape photo with a $4:3$ aspect ratio is required. The file size must not be too small, with a minimum resolution of $860 \times 574$ pixels. Please do not paste the photos into the Word document; send them directly as separate email attachments.
3.For any inquiries regarding submissions, please contact the Public Relations Section at campus extension 1129.
