投稿需知如下：
1.文稿請分段撰寫，350字以上。
2.需附橫式照片，長：高=4：3，照片檔案不能太小，長×高像數860×574以上，照片不要貼在Word檔案內，請直接以附加檔案方式寄送。
3.若有投稿相關問題請電洽校內分機1129。
Issue 287 of the E-Newsletter will be published on August 1, 2026. All departments, colleges, and administrative units are warmly invited to submit your articles. Please send your manuscripts and photos to i6434@hk.edu.tw before 16:30, Wednesday, July 29, 2026. Thank you very much for your support!
Submission Guidelines:
1.Articles should be divided into structured paragraphs and contain at least 350 words.
2.Horizontal photos (landscape orientation) must be attached. The aspect ratio should be 4:3, with a minimum resolution of 860×574 pixels. Please do NOT embed photos inside the Word document; send them as separate file attachments directly in the email.
3.If you have any questions regarding submissions, please call campus extension 1129.
