第288期電子報將於115年08月15日出刊，請各單位及院系踴躍投稿。請於115年08月12日(星期三)16:30前，將文稿及照片寄至i6434@hk.edu.tw信箱。非常感謝！

投稿需知如下：

1.文稿請分段撰寫，350字以上。

2.需附橫式照片，長：高=4：3，照片檔案不能太小，長×高像數860×574以上，照片不要貼在Word檔案內，請直接以附加檔案方式寄送。

3.若有投稿相關問題請電洽校內分機1129。

Issue No. 288 of the E-Newsletter will be published on August 15, 2026. All administrative and academic departments are warmly invited to submit articles. Please send your drafts and photos to i6434@hk.edu.tw by 16:30 on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. Thank you very much!

Submission Guidelines:

1. Article Structure: Articles should be divided into paragraphs and contain at least 350 words.
2. Photo Specifications: Horizontal photos are required with a 4:3 aspect ratio and a minimum resolution of 860×574 pixels. Please do not embed photos inside the Word document; send them as separate email attachments.
