第289期電子報將於115年09月01日出刊，請各單位及院系踴躍投稿。請於115年08月31日(星期一)12:00前，將文稿及照片寄至i6434@hk.edu.tw信箱。
投稿需知如下：
1.文稿請分段撰寫，350字以上。
2.需附橫式照片，長：高=4：3，照片檔案不能太小，長×高像數860×574以上，照片不要貼在Word檔案內，請直接以附加檔案方式寄送。
3.若有投稿相關問題請電洽校內分機1129。
The 289th issue of the E-Newsletter will be published on September 01, 2026. All administrative units, colleges, and departments are warmly invited to submit articles. Please send your manuscripts and photos to i6434@hk.edu.tw by Monday, August 31, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
Submission Guidelines:
1.Manuscript: Articles should be written in paragraphs and contain at least 350 words.
2.Photos:
Must be horizontal (landscape orientation) with a 4:3 aspect ratio.
Image quality must meet a minimum resolution of 860 × 574 pixels (length × height).
Do not embed photos inside the Word document; please attach them as separate files.
