第293期電子報將於115年11月1日出刊，請各單位及院系踴躍投稿。並於115年10月30日(星期五)12:00前，將文稿及照片寄至i6434@hk.edu.tw信箱。
投稿需知如下：
1.文稿請分段撰寫，350字以上。
2.需附橫式照片，長：高=4：3，照片檔案不能太小，長×高像數860×574以上，照片不要貼在Word檔案內，請直接以附加檔案方式寄送。
3.若有投稿相關問題請電洽校內分機1129。
Issue No. 293 of the E-Newsletter is scheduled for publication on November 1, 2026. All administrative units, colleges, and departments are warmly invited to contribute. Please submit your articles and photos to i6434@hk.edu.tw before 12:00 PM on Friday, October 30, 2026.
Submission Guidelines:
1.Manuscript Requirements: Articles should be structured into clear paragraphs and contain at least 350 words.
2.Photo Requirements: Attach horizontal (landscape) photos with an aspect ratio of 4:3. Image resolution must be at least 860 × 574 pixels. Please do not embed photos directly into Word documents; send them as separate email attachments.
3.Inquiries: If you have any questions regarding submissions, please call campus extension 1129.
