本校3月28日響應2026「Earth Hour 關燈一小時」活動注意事項
說明：
一、「Earth Hour 關燈一小時」活動今年邁入20周年，本校已連續響應逾10年，今年也不例外，活動將於2026年3月28日（星期六）晚上8:30~9:30舉辦。
二、由於星期六晚上部份科系仍有課，響應活動以不影響學生上課、住宿為前提，總務處將於3月28日 晚上8:30~9:30關閉校門口電視牆、A棟行政大樓的燈光及行政大樓周邊投射燈、路燈。
三、歡迎全校教職員及學生於3月28日晚上8:30，一起關上不必要的電燈，Earth Hour 地球一小時，以行動支持此項全球最重要的公益減碳行動。
四、響應期間，師生經過關燈區域請注意通行安全。
20th Anniversary of Earth Hour: This year marks the 20th anniversary of the “Earth Hour” global initiative. Our university has participated for over 10 consecutive years and will continue its support this year. The event will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
Campus Implementation: As some departments still have classes on Saturday evenings, our participation is based on the principle of not disrupting teaching or student housing. During the designated hour (8:30 PM – 9:30 PM), the Office of General Affairs will turn off the LED video wall at the main gate, the lights in the Administration Building (Building A), and the surrounding floodlights and streetlights.
Call to Action: We invite all faculty, staff, and students to join us on March 28 at 8:30 PM by switching off all unnecessary lights. Let’s support this vital global carbon-reduction movement through collective action.
Safety Reminder: During the event, faculty and students are advised to take extra care when passing through dimmed or unlit areas to ensure personal safety.
