主 旨： 檢送本府辦理「2026桃園社會企業創業競賽暨第十一屆尤努斯獎」競賽簡章及宣傳電子海報電子檔各1份，惠請協助公告並轉知所屬，請查照。
說 明：
一、 為鼓勵青年團隊投入社會創新、永續發展及在地實踐，由本府青年事務局及社會企業中心主辦旨揭競賽活動，致力於發掘青年創新潛力，推動社會企業發展與影響力管理，接軌國際趨勢。
二、 旨揭競賽資訊摘述如下：
(一)競賽特色及亮點：
１、本競賽以「從提案到落地、聯結桃園議題」為主軸，結合競賽獎金、培力課程、專業輔導及資源媒合，協助團隊將創新構想轉化為具體可行之社會企業方案。
２、本競賽提供總獎金新臺幣57萬元，並導入專業師資輔導、企業媒合及國際認證輔導等資源，協助優秀團隊拓展市場、深化營運模式及擴大社會影響力。
３、其中社會企業組優勝團隊將有機會參與「人與地球優先認證」輔導，以協助團隊接軌國際社會企業標準，提升品牌能見度與永續發展能量。
三、 競賽資訊：
(一)報名期間：自即日起至115年(以下同)6月22日(星期一)中午12:00止。
(二)參賽資格：
１、參賽者須年滿15歲。
２、團隊成員至少有半數為45歲以下。
３、曾獲獎之提案不可重複參賽。
(三)競賽組別：
１、社會企業組：運用創新商業模式回應桃園在地社會問題並提出永續經營潛力的社會企業計畫。
２、社會影響力組：鼓勵組織盤點並呈現其創造之社會影響力，提交社會影響力報告書，曾實際投入並產生社會影響力之專案皆可參加。
(四)競賽說明會：6月1日(星期一)下午1:30至2:30於桃園市政府青年局(桃園市中壢區環北路390號)2樓PBL教室辦理(若不克參加本次實體說明會，請詳閱簡章內容，另有其他場次資訊)。

Enclosed are the competition guidelines and promotional e-poster for the 2026 Taoyuan Social Enterprise Entrepreneurship Competition and the 11th Yunus Prize. Please assist in announcing and forwarding the information to your affiliated units.
Description:
1. To encourage youth teams to engage in social innovation, sustainable development, and local practice, this competition is organized by the Department of Youth Affairs and the Social Enterprise Center of Taoyuan City Government. The competition aims to discover youth innovation potential, promote social enterprise development and impact management, and connect with international trends.
2. The competition focuses on “from proposal to implementation, connecting with Taoyuan issues.” It provides cash prizes, training courses, professional counseling, and resource matching to help teams turn innovative ideas into feasible social enterprise plans. The total prize money is NT$570,000. Outstanding teams may also receive professional mentoring, corporate matching, and international certification guidance.
3. Competition information:
(1) Registration period: From now until 12:00 noon on Monday, June 22, 2026.
(2) Eligibility: Participants must be at least 15 years old; at least half of the team members must be aged 45 or under; previously awarded proposals may not be resubmitted.
(3) Categories: Social Enterprise Category and Social Impact Category.
(4) Information session: June 1, 2026, 1:30–2:30 p.m., at the PBL Classroom, 2F, Department of Youth Affairs, Taoyuan City Government.
