本校「長期未運作學生社團」中華郵政專戶銷戶前權利主張公告
一、 權利主張期限：自民國115年6月4日起，至民國115年6月23日止。
二、 公告對象：本校部分長期未運作之學生社團，名單詳如【附件】。
三、 辦理方式： 上述社團之相關幹部、成員或利害關係人，倘對該社團專戶之財產、經費或剩餘款項有異議或主張相關權利者，請於上述公告期限內，檢具身分證明文件、社團相關佐證資料及書面主張說明，親洽學務處課外活動指導組(H101)辦理。
四、 逾期處理原則： 本公告期滿後，倘無相關人員提出異議或權利主張，將視同該社團已無運作意願，且無待處理之債權債務。課指組將依學校行政程序，逕行辦理後續社團專戶之結清銷戶與餘款統籌處置事宜。

Public Notice: Claim of Rights Prior to the Closure of Chunghwa Post Accounts for Inactive Student Clubs
1. Period for Claiming Rights: From June 4, 2026, to June 23, 2026.
2. Target Audience: Certain long-term inactive student clubs of the University. Please refer to the [Attachment] for the detailed list.
3. Procedures: If any relevant officers, members, or stakeholders of the aforementioned clubs wish to raise objections or claim rights regarding the property, funds, or remaining balances in the club’s dedicated account, please submit your claims in person within the announcement period. Please bring your identification documents, relevant supporting materials of the club, and a written statement of your claim to the Extracurricular Activities Guidance Section of the Office of Student Affairs (Room H101).
4. Overdue Handling Principles: Upon the expiration of this announcement period, if no objections or claims of rights have been submitted by relevant personnel, it will be deemed that the club has no intention to continue operating and has no outstanding debts or liabilities to be processed. The Extracurricular Activities Guidance Section will proceed with the subsequent settlement, account closure, and overall disposal of the remaining funds in accordance with the university\’s administrative procedures.
