🎓 Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students:
To ensure the smooth operation of the Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, June 13, 2026, traffic and parking control measures will be implemented on campus.
📢 Attention Faculty and Staff (Parking): Please park your vehicles exclusively in the underground parking lots of Building Q, Building N (B2), and Building L (B3). Personnel will be patrolling the areas, and those parked in violation of these rules will be notified to move their vehicles.
🚫 Surface Parking Restrictions: Surface-level parking spaces will be prioritized and reserved for the families and friends of the graduates, as well as VIP guests.
🚌 Friendly Reminders: We highly encourage everyone to take public transportation. Additionally, graduate students are requested not to come to campus on this day unless absolutely necessary. Thank you for your cooperation!
