114學年度第2學期「社團人員獎學金」申請時間延長收件至 5月28日（四）中午12:00截止，歡迎符合資格的社團領袖踴躍提出申請！
一、申請資格：
1. 前學期操行甲等（含）八十分以上。
2. 前學期學業平均成績須達六十分。
3. 前學期參與社團，且於社團活動中表現卓越績效者。
4. 申請當學期應繳交當學年度學生會費。
二、獎項與名額：
1. 每學期五萬元，依審查資格排序發給獎學金。
2. 排名前四名，每名獲頒獎金新台幣五千元。
3. 排名第五至十四名，每名獲頒獎金新台幣三千元。
三、評選標準(請參考附件辦法)：
本獎學金依據「弘光科技大學社團人員獎學金設置辦法」辦理，旨在獎勵兼顧品學且表現卓越之社團幹部。評選配分如下：
1. 參與社團活動表現：50%
2. 擔任社團幹部年資：20%
3. 操行成績：20%
4. 學業成績：10%
四、應繳資料：
1. 社團人員獎學金申請表（請至本公告附件自行下載列印）
2. 前一學期成績單（須蓋有教務處註冊組章戳）
3. 學生社團活動歷程請至「學生資訊系統」列印，須包含社團經歷與參與活動紀錄）
五、繳交方式：
請於115年5月28日（四）中午12:00前，將上述「紙本資料」親交至H101課外活動指導組，逾時不予受理。

Application for Student Club Leaders Scholarship (2nd Semester, Academic Year 114)
The application deadline for the Student Club Leaders Scholarship for the 2nd Semester of Academic Year 114 has been extended to May 28 (Thursday) at 12:00 PM (Noon). Qualified student club leaders are highly encouraged to apply!
1. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet all of the following four requirements:
(1) Conduct Grade: A conduct score of \”A\” (80 points or above) in the previous semester.
(2) Academic Performance: An average academic score of 60 points or above in the previous semester.
(3) Club Contribution: Active participation in a student club during the previous semester with outstanding performance and significant achievements.
(4) Student Association Fee: Having paid the Student Association Fee for the current academic year.
2. Awards and Quotas
The total scholarship budget for this semester is NT$50,000, which will be awarded based on the final ranking of the evaluation:
(1) Top 4 Applicants: NT$5,000 per person.
(2) 5th to 14th Applicants: NT$3,000 per person.
3. Evaluation Criteria (Please refer to the attached regulations)
In accordance with the Hungkuang University Regulations for Student Club Leaders Scholarship, this scholarship aims to reward club leaders who demonstrate both excellent academic/conduct standings and outstanding performance in club activities. The evaluation breakdown is as follows:
(1) Performance in Club Activities: 50%
(2) Seniority/Tenure as a Club Officer: 20%
(3) Conduct Score: 20%
(4) Academic Score: 10%
4. Required Documents
(1) Application Form for Student Club Leaders Scholarship (available for download in the attachment of this announcement).
(2) Official Academic Transcript of the Previous Semester (must bear the official stamp of the Office of Academic Affairs).
(3) Student Club Activity Record (please print this out from the Student Information System; it must include your club experience and event participation history).
5. Submission Method
Please submit all the hard copy (printed) documents in person to the Extracurricular Activities Guidance Section (Room H101) before 12:00 PM (Noon) on May 28, 2026 (Thursday). Late submissions will not be accepted.
