本校「長期未運作學生社團」中華郵政專戶結清銷戶完竣公告
說 明：
一、 本校「長期未運作學生社團」共計20個之中華郵政專戶，業已於115年7月7日全數辦理結清銷戶完竣，特此公告知會。
二、 各專戶結清後之剩餘款項總額，已全數依規定轉存至本校學生會專戶暫行代管。
三、 相關社團成員倘對後續事宜仍有查詢需求，請洽學生事務處課外活動指導組承辦人員（分機1503）。
Announcement: Full Closure of Chunghwa Post Accounts for \”Long-Inactive Student Clubs\”
Description:
1. A total of 20 Chunghwa Post accounts belonging to the University\’s \”Long-Inactive Student Clubs\” have been fully closed as of July 7, 2026. This announcement serves as official notification.
2. Following the closure of each dedicated account, the total remaining balance has been fully transferred and deposited into the University\’s Student Association dedicated account for temporary escrow, in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Should any relevant club members have further inquiries regarding follow-up matters, please contact the coordinator at the Extracurricular Activities Guidance Section of the Office of Student Affairs (Ext. 1503).
