依衛生福利部食品藥物管理署(以下簡稱食藥署)115年7月1日新聞稿食藥署接獲業者通報「大豆沙拉油」檢驗異常,清查校園餐飲單位使用油品及其製品情形如下:
1.暑假營業蔬香館、弘櫻館及統一超商經實地查核,目前未使用問題油品及其相關製品。
2.學務處衛生保健組持續依食藥署最新公告資訊,採取滾動式盤點及預防性下架措施。
對於校園餐食安全,學校以最高標準來為師生把關,要求餐飲單位與廠商掌握狀況,即時處理。目前本校餐廳使用油品均合格,請全校師生及家長放心!

According to the July 1, 2026, press release issued by the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA) of the Ministry of Health and Welfare regarding reports of abnormal test results for soybean salad oil, the University conducted a review of the cooking oils and related oil products used by campus dining facilities. The findings are as follows:
The University is committed to maintaining the highest standards of campus food safety. All dining facilities and suppliers have been instructed to closely monitor the situation and take immediate action. At present, all cooking oils and related oil products used in the University\’s cafeterias and convenience stores meet food safety regulations. Students, staff, and parents can rest assured.
