刑事警察局近期發現，詐騙集團鎖定「不動產繼承」議題，假冒多年未聯絡的親友，或自稱律師、代書，聲稱有「精華區遺產」等待繼承，只差稅金就能過戶，並以數百萬到上千萬元分紅作為誘餌，誘騙民眾借款!
✅在正常情況下，處理遺產所需的稅費，應直接由「遺產總額」中扣除，或是由法定的「合法繼承人」自行繳納。
✅稅捐機關或法律執行人絕不可能找「陌生人」或「非親非故的第三方」借錢來處理稅務。
✅只要聽到「協助領遺產可拿報酬」或「代墊稅金換佣金」等關鍵字，應立即斷定這是詐騙!
The Criminal Investigation Bureau recently discovered that fraud groups are targeting the topic of “real estate inheritance,” impersonating long-lost relatives or claiming to be lawyers or legal agents. They assert that there is an “inheritance property in a prime location” waiting to be inherited, and that only taxes need to be paid to transfer ownership. They lure victims by promising dividends ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars, tricking them into borrowing money! ✅ Under normal circumstances, taxes related to inheritance should be directly deducted from the total estate amount or paid by the legally recognized heirs themselves. ✅ Tax authorities or legal enforcers would never ask “strangers” or “unrelated third parties” to borrow money to handle tax matters. ✅ If you hear keywords like “helping you claim inheritance for a reward” or “advancing tax payments in exchange for commission,” you should immediately recognize this as a scam!
