有民眾於社群軟體上傳行車紀錄器影片，影片中機車行駛方向係自臺灣大道6段左轉晉文路301巷，惟紅燈後仍有多輛機車闖紅燈左轉情形，由影片中得知違規車輛絕大多數為本校之學生。
影片中數輛機車於機車左轉專用號誌轉變為紅燈後，仍持續紅燈左轉，業違反道路交通管理處罰條例第53條第1項規定，可處新臺幣 1,800 元以上 5,400 元以下罰鍰。
清水分局及明秀派出所已知悉此事，將加強取締此路段，請各位同學遵行號誌通行，保障各位安全及荷包。
A member of the public uploaded a dashcam video to social media. The video showed a motorcycle turning left from Section 6 of Taiwan Boulevard onto Lane 301 of Jinwen Road. However, after the red light, several motorcycles still ran the red light and turned left. The video revealed that the vast majority of the offending vehicles were students from the school.
In the video, several motorcycles continued to turn left on a red light after the designated left-turn signal for motorcycles had turned red, violating Article 53, Paragraph 1 of the Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act, which carries a fine of NT$1,800 to NT$5,400.
The Qingshui Precinct and Mingxiu Police Station are aware of this incident and will increase enforcement efforts on this section of road. Students are urged to obey traffic signals to ensure their safety and protect their wallets.
