近期發現詐騙集團在網路刊登「配合申請市話門號就有報酬」、「什麼都不用做，裝門號就能領3,000元」等不實廣告，吸引同學配合申請市話門號並裝設 IP-PBX（網路電話交換機）機台，將該門號「網路虛擬化」後，提供給境外詐騙機房，大量撥打詐騙電話行騙。
如果同學配合安裝，可能被認定為「幫助詐欺共犯」送辦，還需自行負擔高額電話費用！
請大家務必提高警覺，避免成為詐騙幫兇！
Recently, scam syndicates have been posting deceptive advertisements online, such as: \”Earn rewards by applying for a local phone line\” or \”Get $3,000 for doing nothing—just install a phone line.\”
These scams lure students into applying for local landlines and installing IP-PBX (Internet Protocol Private Branch Exchange) equipment. By \”virtualizing\” these phone lines, scammers can operate from overseas to make massive amounts of fraudulent calls using your local number.
If you participate in these installations, you could be prosecuted as an \”accomplice to fraud\” and will also be held responsible for the resulting high-cost phone bills! Please stay vigilant and avoid becoming a tool for scammers!
