近期出現多起「假買家」詐騙案件，小心一步步掉入陷阱！
詐團會假裝成買家，要求賣家以「貨運方式」寄貨，並引導賣家加入「假客服」，再以協助「託運認證」為由，要求賣家開啟「分享螢幕」操作網路銀行，實則側錄你的銀行帳密與OTP，最後甚至要求寄出「實體銀行卡」！
1. 不點擊來路不明的付款連結
2. 不加入陌生客服
3. 不分享螢幕或操作銀行App
4. 不外流銀行卡號、密碼(OTP)
Recently, there has been a surge in \”Fake Buyer\” scams. Stay alert so you don’t fall into these carefully orchestrated traps!
The Scam Tactics: Scammers pose as buyers and request \”specific shipping methods.\” They then lead the seller to contact a fake customer service representative. Under the guise of assisting with \”shipping authentication,\” they trick the seller into enabling the \”Screen Sharing\” feature while operating their online banking app.
In reality, they are secretly recording your bank credentials and OTP (One-Time Password). In some extreme cases, they may even demand that you mail out your physical bank card!
Do Not Click Unknown Links: Avoid any payment or \”authentication\” links sent by buyers.
Do Not Add Unverified Contacts: Never join a \”customer service\” chat via LINE or other private messaging apps suggested by a buyer.
Do Not Share Your Screen: Never enable screen sharing while accessing banking apps or entering sensitive data.
Do Not Leak Credentials: Keep your bank card numbers, passwords, and OTP codes strictly confidential. Never mail your physical bank card to anyone.
