【課程目標】

本課程以職涯規劃與面試輔導為兩大主軸，透過案例研討與實作演練，協助職涯導師提升學生卡關辨識、職涯提問、面試亮點整理與具體回饋能力。

【課程簡介】

延續二月份職涯導師培訓基礎，進一步聚焦職涯輔導現場的實務挑戰。上午以職涯規劃案例為主，協助導師辨識學生常見卡關狀態，練習如何透過提問、工具與對話，引導學生釐清方向與下一步行動。下午則聚焦面試輔導案例，練習從學生經驗中找出亮點，將空泛回答轉化為具體、有結構、能回應企業需求的面試表達。課程以案例研討、分組演練與實務回饋為核心。

【課程目標】

• 辨識學生職涯規劃常見卡點，包含方向不明、選項太多、低自信、資訊混亂與缺乏行動。

• 運用職涯規劃引導流程，協助學生整理興趣、能力、價值觀、限制條件與職務方向。

• 透過案例研討，練習判斷學生當下最需要的是釐清方向、補充資訊、建立信心或展開行動。

• 掌握面試輔導的基本流程，協助學生準備自我介紹、求職動機、行為題與優勢故事。

• 練習從學生經驗中找出亮點，並將空泛回答轉化為具體、有結構、能回應企業需求的面試表達。
• 提升職涯導師在輔導現場的提問力、回饋力與行動收斂能力。

Course Objectives

Centered around Career Planning and Interview Coaching, this course incorporates case studies and practical exercises to enhance career advisors’ skills in identifying student career obstacles, asking effective career-related questions, highlighting key interview strengths, and delivering constructive feedback.

Course Description

Building upon the foundation laid in the February Career Advisor Training, this workshop dives deeper into practical challenges faced during counseling.

• Morning Session (Career Planning): Focuses on identifying common points where students feel stuck in their career planning. Advisors will practice using targeted questions, diagnostic tools, and structured dialogue to help students clarify their goals and determine their next steps.

• Afternoon Session (Interview Coaching): Focuses on real-world interview scenarios, guiding advisors on how to extract highlights from students\’ experiences and transform vague answers into structured, compelling responses that align with industry expectations.

The entire workshop is designed around case studies, small-group exercises, and hands-on feedback.

Key Learning Outcomes

• Identify Common Career Obstacles: Recognize key points where students get stuck, such as unclear career paths, overwhelming choices, low self-confidence, information overload, or lack of initiative.

• Utilize Career Guidance Processes: Guide students in structuring their interests, skills, personal values, external constraints, and target career roles.

• Master Case Analysis: Practice evaluating whether a student needs direction clarification, additional information, confidence building, or immediate action planning.

• Grasp Interview Coaching Frameworks: Assist students in preparing effective self-introductions, job motivations, behavioral questions, and personal success stories.

• Highlight Student Strengths: Practice uncovering unique highlights from student experiences and translating vague statements into structured, job-relevant interview responses.

• Enhance Advisory Skills: Strengthen career advisors\’ questioning techniques, feedback delivery, and action-oriented counseling skills.
