【重要公告】僑生留臺就業大利多！「外國專業人才延攬及僱用法」新制說明

[Important Notice] Great News for Staying in Taiwan! New Regulations under the \”Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals\”

為了歡迎大家畢業後繼續留在臺灣發展，政府已修正「外國專業人才延攬及僱用法」，並自民國 115 年 1 月 1 日起正式實施！ To encourage students to build their careers in Taiwan after graduation, the government has amended the \”Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals,\” effective January 1, 2026!

本次修法帶來多項與大家切身相關的權益放寬與福利，請同學務必參閱以下重點： This amendment introduces relaxed regulations and new benefits directly relevant to you. Please review the following key highlights:

🌟 留臺工作與權益重點 Key Highlights: Working & Rights in Taiwan

根據新法規定，針對僑生留臺就業有以下重大變革與保障： Under the new regulations, there are major changes and protections for Overseas Students staying in Taiwan for employment:

工作申請更便利： 副學士以上（含）應屆畢業僑生，將適用新的工作許可規範。 Easier Work Applications: Recent graduates with an Associate Degree or higher will now be subject to new, more flexible work permit regulations.
退休保障： 外國專業人才正式適用勞退新制（退休金帶著走，保障更完整）。 Pension Protection: Foreign professionals are now officially covered by the New Labor Pension System (offering portable pension accounts and better protection).
居留優化： 放寬居留及永久居留（APRC）的申請規範。 Residency Optimization: Requirements for Resident Certificates and Alien Permanent Resident Certificates (APRC) have been relaxed.

Graduating students are strongly advised to download and read this.
