各位僑生同學好： 勞動部近期發布了新的法規，針對副學士以上畢業僑生留臺工作，進行了名稱修正並新增工作類別。這意味著大家畢業後留臺發展的機會更多了！相關重點如下： Dear Overseas Students: The Ministry of Labor (MOL) has recently issued new regulations regarding employment for graduates with an Associate Degree or higher. These changes include a renaming of the program and the addition of new job categories, meaning more opportunities for you to stay and work in Taiwan! Please see the key highlights below:
原「中階技術人力」名稱正式修正為「外國技術人力」。相關申請資格與規定已整合至新法規中。 The term \”Intermediate Skilled Manpower\” has been officially renamed to \”Foreign Technical Manpower.\” All application qualifications and regulations have been integrated into this new framework.
除了原有的製造、營造、農業、長照及旅宿業外，本次新增以下兩類工作，只要符合薪資與技術條件即可申請： In addition to the existing categories (Manufacturing, Construction, Agriculture, Long-term Care, and Hospitality), the following two new categories are now open for application, provided that salary and technical requirements are met:
🔎 既有開放職類回顧 (Existing Categories): 製造業 (Manufacturing)、屠宰業 (Slaughterhouse)、營造業 (Construction)、農業 (Agriculture)、機構看護 (Institutional Care)、旅宿服務 (Hospitality).
取得我國副學士（專科）以上學位之僑外生，並符合相關技術及薪資門檻者。 Overseas students who have obtained an Associate Degree or higher in Taiwan and meet the specific technical and salary thresholds.
