【技能競賽獎助學金申請】

一、依據本校學生代表參加技能競賽獎助學金實施要點。

二、本校在學學生參加技能競賽項目，不包括學術論文、專題發表等。技能競賽獎助學金請向生活暨住宿輔導組申請，運動競賽請向運動休閒系申請，電競競賽請向多遊系申請，社團活動競賽請向學務處課外活動指導組申請。

三、申請日期：115年02月23日至115年03月23日1630 時止

四、請備妥以下資料並繳交至生住組(B107辦公室)

2.活動簡章/工作手冊(可辨識參加人員姓名或隊名為準)

3.請依據競賽區分標準，檢附參加該活動的人數/組數或相關可供證明之文件。

4.申請表務必先請各系助理審查後再送至生住組

[Application for Skills Competition Scholarships]

a. Pursuant to the Guidelines for the Implementation of Scholarships for Student Representatives Participating in Skills Competitions of this institution.

b. Skill competition categories eligible for currently enrolled students of this institution exclude academic papers, project presentations, and similar activities.Applications for skills competition scholarships shall be submitted to the Division of Life and Housing Counseling; applications for athletic competitions shall be directed to the Department of Sports and Leisure; applications for esports competitions shall be submitted to the Department of Multi-Gaming; and applications for club activity competitions shall be forwarded to the Extracurricular Activities Guidance Division of the Office of Student Affairs.

c. Application period: From 23 February 115 to 23 March 115, 16:30.

d. Applicants shall prepare and submit the following documents to the Division of Life and Housing Counseling (Office B107)

Official application form (former students who have graduated are ineligible). Forms may be downloaded from the Division\’s webpage at https://lf.hk.edu.tw/%e8%a1%a8%e5%96%ae%e4%b8%8b%e8%bc%89/. Form codes: FM-10510-049 (Individual) and FM-10510-050 (Team).
Event prospectus or official program handbook (must clearly identify participant names or team designations).
In accordance with competition categorization criteria, documentation verifying the number of participants/teams or other pertinent evidentiary materials.
The application form must be pre-reviewed and approved by the relevant departmental assistant prior to submission to the Division of Life and Housing Counseling.

e. Detailed provisions of the Guidelines for the Implementation of Scholarships for HUNGKUANG Technology University Student Representatives Participating in Skills Competitions are provided in the attached document.

Recipients of the prior \”Hong Ai Zhu Meng – Off-Campus Competition\” award are prohibited from submitting duplicate applications.
