Michelin-Star Chef inspires high school students with culinary insights
The “Michelin Master Lecture” was held on May 26 at the International Conference Hall of Qiaotai Senior High School and the lecture hall of Mingde Senior High School. Students from both schools participated with great enthusiasm. Jimmy Lim, a Michelin three-star chef and teacher in the Department of Hospitality Management, shared his insights on becoming an international professional chef.
A Q&A followed the talk, with students actively engaging and interacting throughout the session.
